Hearing Aid Express supports Hearing Aid for Latin America(HALA), a registered 501 (c)(3) charitable organization. With the help of private donations and companies like Rayovac, GN ReSound and Starkey, HALA has fit over 1,200 hearing aids throughout Mexico, Chile, Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic. Any hearing aids or monetary donations are greatly appreciated.

Better Hearing Seminars
Hearing Aid Express in conjunction with GN ReSound held a series of Better Hearing Seminars featuring spokesperson for GN ReSound’s SOUND EFFECTS campaign, Miss America 2005 – Deidre Downs.
The SOUND EFFECTs campaign’s primary focus is to take preventive measures with children to protect their hearing. Deidre Downs spoke about her experience with hearing loss and the insecurities that came with wearing hearing aids at a young age. She realized that is was more embarassing not being able to hear than it was to wear hearing aids. The seminars also covered recent technological advancements that continue improving the wearer’s experience with hearing aids, as well as a "buyers beware" for purchasing hearing aids online and through the mail.
