She began her career building hearing instruments and later transitioned to a patient-focused role, specializing in the fitting and dispensing of hearing aids. Irma’s commitment to enhancing patients’ quality of life through improved hearing remains the cornerstone of her professional practice.

A lifelong resident of Houston, Texas, Irma is proud to serve the community she calls home. Outside of her professional responsibilities, she enjoys family time, church activities, beach outings, and spending cherished moments with her parents and friends.
